How do I access my lab test results?
Lab results are delivered to your Junvon Lab Patient portal account. Log in or register online. You can also call the lab at +234-810-156-6324 to get your lab results delivered to you electronically or walk to the facility to get a hard copy.
What should I do if my lab results have not been posted?
In most cases, lab test results delivery times should not exceed two weeks. The most common reason for delay in receiving results is inaccurate or out-of-date personal information on record with us.

Please check and confirm the following:

* Your Junvon Lab Patient portal personal profile information is up to date, complete, and accurate.
How soon can I expect to receive my lab test results?
Depending on the complexity of the tests, it could take several days to complete the tests. You should contact our facility if you have any question about the availability of test results, or you can continue to check your Junvon Lab Patient portal account, as results are posted based on a fixed schedule as indicated above.
Who should I talk to about my test results?
At Junvon Lab, we have a dedicated medical consultants available to discuss your testing needs or results. Or you can discuss your results with the healthcare provider who ordered your test.
Can I take my medications before I take my blood tests?

My doctor ordered some blood tests. Can I eat or drink before the test?
This is dependent upon the type of blood tests ordered. Your physician should tell you if the test(s) require fasting (no eating, drinking, gum chewing, etc.). If you are unsure, please contact your physician or ask our laboratory personnel.

What are Junvon lab hours of operation?
Patients can call Junvon Lab at +234-810-156-6324 between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, we are open from 9 AM to 3 PM and closed on Sundays
What should I expect when I have a lab test order?
Your role in the performance of a lab test is to provide a specimen to be analyzed in a laboratory. This specimen could be a small amount of bodily fluid, such as blood, saliva, semen, or urine, or a sample of stool or hair. Rest assured, Junvon Lab staff members will ensure that the specimen collection process is as safe, quick, and comfortable as possible while protecting your dignity and privacy.
Do I need to do anything special to prepare for a lab test?
Prior to visiting Junvon Lab, you may want to ask your healthcare provider specific questions about the testing being performed. Sometimes special preparation is required to improve the accuracy of a test.
What do I need to take with me for specimen collection?
When visiting our lab, you should bring the following information with you:

1. A current government issued identification card (International passport, NIN, driver’s license, National ID card)
2. You will be required to fill a form when you arrived at our facility.
3. Please note that we accept bank transfer, cash, or debit card transactions.

*Children must be supervised at all times while at our lab.

Please note that you may not bring children inside the collection area during a drug screen procedure.
